To keep your lingerie looking and feeling its best, we recommend hand washing it with a gentle detergent in water no warmer than 30°C (86°F). Avoid twisting or wringing the fabric—just gently press out the excess water. Let your lingerie air dry naturally, and please do not iron, as heat can damage the delicate materials. Following these care tips will help maintain the quality and fit of your favorite pieces.

Orders
We aim to ship your order the same day. Once your package is on its way, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the postal carrier. For orders outside of Europe, delivery may take a little longer but don’t worry, we’ll keep you informed along the way.
Everything available on our website is in stock and ready to ship — no drop shipping or long wait times.
Need to make a change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start the process, simply send us an email or contact us via the contact form.
Please note:
- For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returned items must be in original packaging and in perfect condition.
- In line with our sustainability efforts, we aim to minimize plastic use in our packaging
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account. You are always welcome to reorder the correct item or continue browsing our shop.

For orders under €150, the following shipping rates apply:
- Netherlands: €4.95
- EU countries: €7.99
